Richard is Chairman and Managing Director of Gardners, based in Cardiff UK. Richard founded the business in 1975, after working for 5 years as an industrial designer within a large group of companies. During this time he was responsible for three patents and these patents formed the basis of the newly formed company.

David has over 40 years experience in the POS/POP industry, spanning screen print, litho and digital.
He started his long career with an apprenticeship at Mills & Allen in Newcastle upon Tyne.
David spent 15 years in Paris as the Co-Owner and Operation Director of Arts Graphiques de France, which specialise in large format POS (screen and litho).

Lascelle Barrow (DOB: 1946) has represented the UK on the FESPA Board since 1991, and has previously occupied the roles of President and Chairman, presiding over the move of the FESPA exhibition to its first stand-alone venue in Lyon. He is a member of the FESPA Finance Committee. In addition, sits on the Board of the FESPA UK Association.

Peter has served as a Board Member of the FESPA UK Association for 10 years. During which time he has been Chair of The Yorkshire and North East Branch and is the board member whose special responsibility is training. Over the years Peter has represented the screen printing industry on the various national Industry Lead Bodies. He was Chair of the Education and Training Providers Committee of the Print National Training Organisation.

Tony and his senior directors formed Dufaylite Group Ltd in 2000 as an MBO vehicle and set about transforming the business by following the long established strategy of creating innovative and sustainable industrial applications using recycled paper honeycomb as the core product.
