How to Join

Follow the steps below to become a member of prism. Decide whether you wish to join on-line or by post. First and foremost, please complete the Membership Declaration by ticking the box against which band your company falls in thus determining your annual subscription. Membership is renewable annually and runs from 1st January to 31st December. Complete your name, address and other contact details and then fill in the Membership Profile section.  This information will enable us to add the appropriate information to our website which in turn will ensure that anybody looking for the services you provide will find your company. Send the form to us either by pressing submit button or posting a printed copy – if posting please ensure you send your cheque. If paying by credit/debit card (sorry but no Diners accepted) complete the form and submit details either by post or by the secure on-line facilities. Subscription Declaration Subscriptions are based on a declaration of UK turnover related to your company screenprinting, digital imaging and garment decorating activities. The bands are set out below for you to identify the appropriate band for your company. Please complete and sign the declaration and joining details.
